I need to rest my password but the link to do so will not come through on my email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked our email logs and it seems that the Password Reset Email has been successfully sending. I've sent a password reset email from our end instead. Can you check if you receive it this time? In case you can't find it in your inbox, you can also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes land there. It's also a good idea to add Jotform's email addresses to your whitelist or contact list. Specifically, add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to improve email deliverability.
