Hi Bill,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To confirm your form submissions are sent to the correct email address, please check the notification settings in your form:
- Go to your form's Settings tab.
- Select Emails from the left menu.
- Review the Recipient Email address under Notification settings to ensure it's correct.
If you want, you can also send a test submission to verify the email delivery.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Bill,
You can try to use and check Form Email Logs in your account settings. This shows whether the submission email was successfully sent and to which address. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
Also, another way to confirm that your form is being submitted to the correct email address, you can check the recipient of your Notification Email, as it gets an email after someone fills out your form. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.
5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.
6. Now, check the email address in the Recipient Email field. That's it, you're done.
If that's not exactly what you're looking for, let us know and explain a bit more, so we can help you better.
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any help.
