I utilize a Quiz Plugin (https://quizform.jotform.io/) to make a test with one of my forms. It worked yesterday and doesn't work today. Can you help with that?

The quiz says I no longer have any forms active, which is not true.

Hi mattmizell,
The message saying you have no active forms in the Quiz Plugin usually means the plugin is not detecting your forms properly. Please try logging out and back into the Quiz Plugin, then reconnect your form. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure there are no temporary issues affecting the connection.
If the problem continues, please share any error messages or screenshots you see.

Tried refreshing cache, resetting computer, and reconnecting. Problem still exists.

Hi mattmizell,
Since clearing cache and reconnecting didn't help, please try clearing your form cache from your Jotform Account Settings page. To do this:
- Go to your My Workspace page and click your Profile Picture on the top-right.
- Select Settings to open Account Settings.
- On the right side under Form Caches, click Clear Cache.
This often resolves issues with forms not showing correctly. If the problem persists, please share any error messages or screenshots.

It says my forms belong to a team. I don't know what that even means. Yesterday the quiz worked fine. Today it stopped working.

Is this something you can still help with?

Hi mattmizell,
Is this the form you're trying to convert into a Quiz Form? If yes, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try using other browsers or the Incognito window to see if the same thing happens? If the issue persists, can you confirm if it is the correct form, and allow us to access your account to check? Don't worry, you can disable the Support Access again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

You are correct about the form I tried to convert to a Quiz. The issue is still happening. It's not just that particular form though; the Quiz won't allow me to access any form in my account at all. I tried Incognito browser and it's still an issue. I toggled on Jotform Support Access so you can have access to the forms.

Hi mattmizell,
I tried converting the same form into a Quiz Form, and the same thing happened for me. Can you try cloning this form in your account, and try converting the cloned one? Before you do so, I recommend archiving a few of your forms, since you're two forms away from your Form Limit already. Archiving and Unarchiving Your Form is easy. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Archive to move the form to the Archive folder.
- While on your My Forms page, click on Archive on the bottom-left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the form you want to unarchive and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Unarchive to move the form back to your My Forms page.
Once done, here's how you can clone your own form:
- On your My Workspace page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on the More dropdown on the right.
- Under the Form column, select Clone.
If the same thing happens on the cloned form, let us know on this thread, so we can escalate this to our Developers.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

FYI I deleted the Quiz App from my profile under settings and then reinstalled it. It worked and now the app is working fine. Thanks for your help. You can close the ticket.
