Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
When you download your submission files as a PDF with attachments, the system zips the files and sends you an email with a download link. This process can take some time depending on the number and size of the files. If you haven't received the email yet, please check your spam or junk folder as well.
If the email still hasn't arrived after a few hours, it might be worth trying the download process again or checking your email settings to ensure delivery.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Mark,
When you initiate a download of submissions with file uploads, Jotform typically prepares a ZIP archive and sends it to the email address associated with your account. If several hours have passed and you still haven’t received the file, here are a few detailed steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
First, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders in case the download email was filtered out by your email provider. Sometimes ZIP files or automated messages can be mistakenly flagged and diverted away from your primary inbox. It's also worth confirming that your Jotform account is linked to the correct and active email address where you expect the file to arrive.
If the email is not found, consider trying the download again. Go back to your Jotform Tables or Inbox view, select the entries, and re-initiate the export process. For large submissions or forms with many attachments, the file generation may have timed out or encountered a processing delay. To speed up the process, try downloading a smaller batch of submissions or filter the data to a specific date range to reduce the size of the ZIP file.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
