    Hi Doreen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To answer your question, Jotform does not automatically disable dates in the Date Picker based on previous submissions. You need to manually set date limits or disable specific dates if you want to prevent customers from selecting certain dates.

If you want to automatically disable the date selected by your customers, you need to use the Appointment field. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, find and add Appointment into your form.

You can also check this blog on How to schedule an appointment with Jotform for more information. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    H,
I think I should tell you the whole story. I bought a store and the
previous owner shared the jotforms with me. I have a feeling that she
might be going into them and making changes, such as disabling specific
dates and such. Is this possible? Are you able to make sure that she
    can't get in there anymore?
    Have a great day!

    Hi Doreen,

If the forms are on this account you're using to this thread, you can reset your password, so the previous owner won't have access to the account. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

You can also Enable the Two-Factor Authentication to make your account more secure, but you'll need to have third-party authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Duo, or Authy installed on your phone first. After that, here's how to turn the Two-Factor Authentication on:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.

    2. In the menu that shows, click on Settings.

    3. Go to the Security tab on the left side of the screen.

    4. Toggle Two-Factor Authentication to the On position.

    5. In the menu that pops-up, enter your Jotform password, and then click on Verify.

    6. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app or enter the code in it.

    7. In the Enter the Generated Code field, type the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app.

    8. Then, click on Enable 2FA in the lower right of the pop-up menu.

    9. Copy the Recovery Codes, or click on Download in the lower right of the pop-up box.

    10. Finally, click on the X icon in the upper right of the pop-up box to close it.
