Can I search across all submissions of all forms?

Is there a way to search all submissions? I have several forms that take payments and it would be great to be able to search all forms at once. I found one thread from three years ago asking a similar question, and the answer was that it would be escalated for potential implementation, but it doesn't seem that it ever was?

How do I get a real person to answer me? Your answers are not helpful, and I don't see an option to say so. The only option I see is "Resolved, close thread" which I do not want to do.
