How to remove other specific parts of the Address in the email subject?

    Team,

    Can you sort the delimiter out for the subject of the email? We just want it to be formatted this way-

    Offer Acknowledgment & Terms- {Street Address Only}

    Right now, it looks cluttered.

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To format your email subject as Offer Acknowledgment & Terms- {Street Address Only} and reduce clutter, you can customize the email subject line dynamically by specifying only the street address part of your address field. You can use the specific part of the Address field in the Email subject by using the following format:

    {propertyAddress:addr_line1}

    You need to append specific parts of the address you want to include in the email subject using the following format:

    • addr_line1 for street address
    • city: for city
    • state for state
    • postal for postal code
    • country for country

    Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification email template, and click the pencil icon.

    4. In the Email subject, you will have to remember the unique name of the address field, which you will see enclosed in the curly brackets. 

    5. Lastly, click Save.
