Can I reuse a color palette across reports?

    Two questions:

How can I create a palette to use on a report from a survey form so that I can access it every time I create a report?

I am having to enter the palette every time.

How can I edit the formatting of the answers from a survey form so it fits on one slide/page of report. I asked people in a survey to explain their rating or answer a question about improving something and I think I can get fit it all on one slide/page on the report if I could get rid of spacing but I can't figure out where to adjust that. I can see where to change font and size of font but that is it.

    Thank you

Hi Mitzi! For creating a reusable color palette in your report, you can customize and save palettes in the report builder's layout settings, so you don't have to enter colors every time. To fit survey answers on one slide or page, adjusting spacing can be done through element settings or by resizing text boxes, but font size and style are the main direct controls. For detailed steps and tips on creating and customizing reports from your survey, you might find the guide accessible via the button below really helpful.      Hi Mitzi!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can't save a custom palette and apply it across multiple reports. Each report is tied to a single form, so you'll need to manually apply your custom palette to every new report you create.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
