I am trying to download the more than 69,000, but both xlsx and csv downloads are only giving me 30,000.

Hi Genevieve,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The number of submission entries that can be shown in Jotform Tables appears to be limited to 30,000. I understand that you have more than 30,000 entries in the submission table. Can you try downloading it as a CSV and see if the issue persists?
Another workaround is to use the Export Data feature on the Data page to download all your forms as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files as a single ZIP file. Let me show you how:
Exporting your data all at once is easy. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the menu on the left, click on Data.
4. Then, click on Download My Data in the Export Data section.
5. In the window that opens, click on Create New Report.
6. In the Select Time Frame section, choose a date range for the submissions you want to download, or select the All Time option to download all data starting from when your account was created.
7. In the Select Data to Export section, check the boxes next to the data you want to export.
8. Then, click on Prepare Download.

Thank you for reaching out. Downloading CSV was my first choice and only got the first 30,000 submissions. I have tried the solution above. And the information is downloading. I will update you shortly. Thank you!
