THEY HAVE DISABLED MY APPLICATIONS AND NEW HIRE PAPERWORK FORMS. WHY! WE'VE BEEN UTILIZING THESE FORMS FOR YEARS AND HAD NO ISSUES. WHY ARE THEY BLOCKED. I NEED AN ANSWER AND ASSISTANCE ASAP FOR MY BUSINESS TO CONTINUE AND THRIVE. 682.430.4574 CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ASAP.

When I checked, our system shows that there is no account linked to the email used to create this support ticket. Can you share with us the email where the forms are under? Also share with us the link to your forms that were disabled so we can take a look at it for you?
