How to insert Flow Activity in the spreadsheet?

Regarding your issue with viewing the approval date and user in Google Sheets linked to your form, this information is not automatically included in the Google Sheets integration. The integration sends form fields and submission data but does not include approval step details such as approvers' names or approval dates.

To track approval dates and users, you can view this information directly in Jotform Tables where the approval workflow status and details are visible. Unfortunately, this data is not sent to Google Sheets by default.

If you need this data in Google Sheets for auditing, you might consider exporting the approval data manually from Jotform Tables or using Jotform's built-in reporting tools that include approval details.

Take note that the approval response isn't available on the spreadsheet. You can only insert it on the PDF document of your form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the page, and click on PDF Editor on the menu that opens.

2. In PDF Editor, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

3. Drag and drop a Flow Activity History from the left side of the page to your PDF document.
