    Hi Jenna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

I cloned both of your forms and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

Some customers are unable to upload photos Screenshot 40 If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s happening. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Hi Jenna,

When I tested the embedded form on your website, I was able to upload photos successfully. Take a look at the screencast below:

Some customers are unable to upload photos Screenshot 20 I have gone ahead and cleared the form cache on our end to refresh the data. Can you try to test on your end if you still experience the issue? If so, can you share the browsers you and the customers used to fill out the form and the device type and model so we can try to replicate the issue on our end?

Also, can you share a screenshot of the console error logs, that would help us check if there's an error. This guide will help you get a report from most common browsers.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
