You can access your invoices by logging into your Jotform account and navigating to the Billing section under your Account Settings.
But, upon checking the account associated with your email, I can confirm that it's not currently subscribed to any of our paid plans, and there’s no record of any past subscriptions either.
If you're referring to a different Jotform account, keep in mind that, for security and privacy reasons, we can only provide invoice details if the request comes directly from the account owner. In that case, we suggest logging into the correct account and reaching out to us from there, or providing us with the exact username or email address associated with that subscription so we can guide you accordingly.
