When I take a photo the data in the other fields are lost.

    Hello i have a form when i create it some time ago, i can fill the text and then when i where from the phone activate the camera, take the photo and all ok, but now i am testing and when i take the photo erase all the text ia fill before.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screen recording below to see my results:

    As you can see, even after taking a photo, the data in the fields are still there. I have gone ahead and cleared the form caches on our end to refresh the data. Can you try again to see if the issue persists? If so, may we know the browser you used and the device brand and model so we can try to replicate the issue on our end?

    i am seeing that the first time yo do does not work, but if try again works fine

    Hi Angelo,

    I performed multiple tests directly on your form as well as on your website where it is embedded, and I was not able to replicate the issue. The text remains after taking a picture. Here is my test on the embedded form on your website:

    If you’re still experiencing the issue, try clearing your browser cache and testing the form in a different browser or in an incognito window. If the issue persists, take a screen recording and save it in Google Drive or another cloud storage service. Include the shareable link in your response, as this will help us better understand what’s going on.
