Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform is not experiencing any downtime since yesterday. Could you try using a different browser or incognito when accessing the Jotform site? If the issue doesn't persists, I would suggest clearing your browser cache.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
