Starter plan: How many sign documents can I send

Hi, How many documents can you send with jotform sign builder on the free plan?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The Starter (free) plan allows you to send up to 10 monthly signed documents. This means, your account can receive up to 10 completed signed documents per month.

Now, when you hit any of your account's monthly limits, you can either wait for your monthly usage to reset, which happens every month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits.

You'll automatically receive a notification via email when a Jotform sign is signed, like in the sample screenshot below:

However, viewing a signed document can’t be tracked. Notifications are only sent when the Jotform Sign document is actually signed.
