Hi, I just need 1 form that I want to be able to send to everyone from whom I need signatures. This could be tens or even hundreds of people over time. I've created a form, but it seems like 1 form can be used for 1 person and that's it. Can I use this same 1 form and 1 link that I've created for many different people? Below is the form and link in question.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create the link to your Jotform Sign and share it with your signers. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Send.
2. Click on Share With Link in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click Copy Link and share it with your signers.
If you want to send it to your signers individually through email, you can go to the Send To Sign and click on Send Document To Sign, then enter the signer's email.

Ok, so even though I use the same link, it'll give everyone a fresh, blank document every time?
My signers will come in slowly and over time, so I'll have to send each document one by one.

I sent 2 forms to friends' emails so I could see how it works when someone fills out the form. I didn't get any alerts that the forms had been signed by the people I sent them to. I see now that if I navigate to "Send to Sign," it shows, under sent documents, that my sent items have been completed; however, it would be more convenient if I could get an email alert telling me that it's been completed instead of me having to go look and check and download the completed form from the jotform page. Is that possible?

Hi admin_Team_admin367,
The same signed document can be used by multiple people for signing. Once the document is signed, both the document owner and all signers will receive a notification email. Below is a sample email sent when the document is signed.
When I checked your email logs, there were no emails sent because your email address is in our bounce list with the reason code below:
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx1-us1.ppe-hosted.com[148.163.129.50] said: 550 5.1.8 : Sender address rejected: Domain not found (in reply to RCPT TO command))
I have successfully removed your email address from the bounce list. I recommend whitelisting Jotform IPs and domains or adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list to improve email deliverability.
