I created an account and a form. I have now an QR code which I want that it leads to the form. How can I do this?

Hi Christian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can't make your QR code lead to your form, but we can generate a QR code that will lead to your form. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on View More on the lower part of the page.3. Click on Share with QR Code on the list.
4. Click on Download in the center part of the page.
Now, you can use your QR code to route your users to your form. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

are already printed and sent to my friend.
Any other solution?

Hi Christian,
Since the QR codes are already printed on the golf balls and you cannot change the QR code image itself, unfortunately, you cannot directly redirect those existing QR codes to a new form URL through Jotform. QR codes are static images that encode a specific URL. To change where they lead, you would need to create and print new QR codes with the updated form link. If you want to keep using the existing QR codes, one workaround outside of Jotform would be to set up a URL redirect on the web server or domain that the QR code currently points to. This way, when scanned, the QR code URL redirects users to your new form URL. This requires control over the domain or hosting of the original URL encoded in the QR code.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
