Hi Desmond,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
If your saved form named "Colonic Booking Form" is missing, it might not have been properly saved or could be under a different account. Please check your My Forms page carefully, including any folders or trash.
If you used the form before creating an account, it may not be linked to your current account. Unfortunately, forms created without an account cannot be recovered.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Desmond,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In regard to your missing Colonic Booking Form, note that any forms created prior to account registration are considered guest forms and are not associated with any user account. Since these forms are stored temporarily and not tied to a permanent login, they unfortunately cannot be retrieved or recovered once the browser data is cleared, the session expires, or if you're accessing from a different device or browser.
For this reason, we strongly recommend creating and saving forms while logged into a registered account to ensure they are securely stored and accessible in the future.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
