I have reached out before but don't seem to be able to get the help I need. I have a transaction on our card statement but I have no receipt. I need the receipt for auditing purposes and to reconcile my bank. Can you tell me how I get this receipt please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the transaction on your card statement? If you're referring to your payment to Jotform subscription, it’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.
