How can I update an account email I dont have access to

Hello,

Our church's jotform account is linked to an email account that is no longer active (i.e. carffa@stpaulcatholic.net). How can we update it to either ridderd@stpaulcatholic.net (already listed in account settings as a backup email) or thompsone@stpaulcatholic.net?
