Following an email change by merging ottimix.com@gmail.com with the Workspace Business account master@ottimix.com, and having previously accessed Jotform using ottimix.com@gmail.com, I can no longer log in. Could you please change the login email to master@ottimix.com?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you describe the error you experienced when logging in? If you are unable to log in to the account with the old email ottimix.com@gmail.com, you may need to recover your account first by following our account recovery guide.

At the moment, when I try to log in via Google as I always did, since the email ottimix.com@gmail.com no longer exists, it automatically logs me in with master@ottimix.com. However, since I originally registered with the previous email, the account is obviously empty.
