Updated Dropdown field cannot be selected in conditioning statement

I have a dropdown that I need to perform conditioning logic. I updated the dropdown settings to calculate values and added values to each line. However, I still cannot select it in the conditioning statement because it is greyed out. How do I fix this problem?
