Account Usage and Limits: Unable to submit the form

Hello!

I need 7 people to sign my waiver. Is there a limit to 5 people that can sign it before I have to pay? Even if that is the case, only 3 have signed it but my group is receiving an error message when trying to sign: the maximum number of selections allowed is 5. Please help when you can.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can confirm that your account is within it's current limit. To clarify, Jotform Sign has monthly limits on the number of signed documents, depending on your plan. For example, the Starter plan allows 10 monthly signed documents.

It's not clear what the error message is about, share a screenshot of the error message and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
