    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and ran into the same issue. Can you try to set up a new Google Maps API key, and add it to your form's Geolocation widget? Let me show you how to add your Google Maps API key:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Geolocation widget, and select its Wand icon on the right.
    2. On the Widget Settings panel, scroll down to the bottom, and enter your Google Maps API Key.
    3. Click on Update at the bottom.

    Additionally, make sure to have the Maps JavaScript API activated on your API project. You will have to enable the Maps JavaScript API in your Cloud Console. They have a guide about that here.

    Avant ça fonctionnait sans le code API

    Hi Mec-a Flex,

    You will need to add the Google Maps API Key to make the widget work. I checked and see that it is still blank:

    j'ai créé un code API
    la carte s'affiche puis remet l'erreur au bout d'une seconde

    It seems to be a problem with your Google Maps API Key. Usually, the error indicates an issue with your API key or its configuration. This can stem from incorrect key usage, restrictions on the key. So I suggest that you contact Google for support.
