Hi
I'm trying to change the tabs for my form, but it's staying on 1 to 5 instead.
How do I over ride this default and use these tabs instead?
APPLICANT DETAILS
HOME & SUITABILITY
EXPERIENCE WITH PETS
CARE & LIFESTYLE
FINAL DECLARATION
I've cleared caches on browser and Jotfrom.

Hi Shae,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it, and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thank you! I've tried deleting and reinstalling app but to no avail. Look forward to the solution.

Thanks for letting us know that deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t resolve the difficulty. I’ll go ahead and inform our developers so they can take a closer look.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into the issue. The issue you’re having should be resolved now. Can you go ahead and check it to see if everything is working properly on your end as well?
The Form Tabs widget may not work properly if it's placed above the Submit button. Make sure the Form Tabs widget is under the Submit button. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Tabs widget, then drag and drop it below the Submit button.

Hi,
I have heard from our developers that this issue is fixed. In order for this fix to work, you need to update your Form Tabs widget. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Form Tabs widget and click on the Wand icon right next to it.
- In the tab that opens click on Update on the bottom right corner and that's it.
