I am wondering if there is a way to have a field only appear if a previous field is completed, and then when that previous field is filled another field is then shown to be completed?

    Hi Annette,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible using the Show/Hide Conditional Logic.

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select Show/Hide Field. How to only see a field when a previous field is filled? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Create the condition. In this example, I want to show the Email if the Name is field.
    5. Finally, click on Save.

We have this demo form that you can check. We also have this guide on how to Show/Hide field conditionally.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
