Not allowing me to change payment settings to Test Mode

    I have cleared my cache and disconnected and reconnected the payment option. I need to test this specific form. The Payment Settings wand doesn't even appear when I click down into the payment section.

    5. Switch payment gateway if needed: If the current payment gateway is causing issues, you can switch to another gateway and then access the settings.

    Changing the payment integration:

    1. In the Form Builder, go to the Build tab in the orange navigation bar.
    2. Click the Add Element +.
    3. Under the Payment tab, click the three-dot icon on the selected payment integration.
    4. Select Switch to another gateway.
    5. Choose the payment integration you'd like to use.
    6. Finally, hit the Use Selection button.

    It is accessing the payment settings of the Square integration. That client specifically wants to use Square as their payment platform. I cannot get that specific form to go into test mode so I can test it.

    Hi Nicole,

    Before you can use Square in Test Mode, go to the Square Developer Dashboard and login to your Square account. Then launch your sandbox account from the Sandbox Test Accounts section. If you don't have a sandbox account, you need to create one first. Keep in mind that this must be done first.

    Let me show you how to connect Square in Test Mode once you have the sandbox account:

    If your form is already connected to live mode, you need to disconnect first by deleting the connection.

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Credit Card button on the right side, to open Payment Properties.

    2. Under Payment Connection, click on the Add Payment Connection button.

    3. On the next pop out screen, Select Payment Gateway, search Square, and click on it, then click on the Next button.

    4. Back to the Add Square Connection screen, click on the Test Mode option.

    5. Click on Connect with Square button, then, click on the Next button. That's it.

    Hello, I finally got the test mode to work. I had to create another form and start over.

    I was able to successfully test it but it only provided me with the name, email, address, etc. The receipt would not open up.

    Since these products are such large amounts ($699 and $799) I really need to make sure they are working correctly before I release it into the wild for my client. I need to make sure it is calculating the amounts correctly and I am not able to get access to that information, which was the whole point in testing this form. I am frustrated.

    Since I am using the Sandbox mode, I am unable to check the receipt. Can you instead check your transactions in Square? You should be able to see the payment information and confirm if the details are correct:
