I have been working to create a presentation and several updates have occurred over The Weeknd causing great delays and issues using your software. I have lost 2 days trying to create presentations and need some assistance as now I am getting Network Error messages.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Network errors can occur due to several reasons such as unstable internet connections, server disconnections due to inactivity, or caching issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
A. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection to avoid disconnections.
B. Clear your form cache: Sometimes, an old cache can cause issues. Clearing your form cache to refresh the form can help. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
C. Keep your form short: If you are taking a long time to complete your presentation or form, the server might disconnect due to inactivity. Try to save your work frequently.
