Regarding one-time payment subscriptions

    Hi!

    I set up a subscription payment specifying that it is one payment, but when you choose the subscription it says it's a "yearly recurring total". It shouldn't be recurring. It should just be a one year subscription.

    How do I get it to stop being recurring?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform regarding your subscription payment setup. From what you described, it appears that your subscription is currently set as a recurring yearly payment, but you want it to be a one-time payment for one year only. Instead, you should set your payment type to Sell Products and include the one-time payment as a product item rather than a subscription.
