I have 0 submissions, yet you tell me that I have reached the upload space limit.
Please check.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the Storage is on its limit even though there are no uploaded files. I recalculated the storage and it's currently within the limit at the moment. Can you check on your end if it shows that the Storage is within it's limit?
