After downloading the app on my phone, I made some changes on to the app itself using my jotform account and none of the updates transferred onto the app

    Hi Basia,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that:

If the updates you made on your Jotform app are not reflecting, it could be related to the App Header settings. Here's how to fix it:

    1. Open App Builder and click on Add Header at the top.
    2. In the App Header Properties on the right, click on the App Title box and change or remove the name.
    3. Toggle Show App Header off to hide the header if you don't want it visible.

This should update the app name and reflect your changes properly.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Basia,

If the previous steps didn't work, please try clearing your app cache or reinstalling the app to ensure the latest updates sync properly. Also, check if you have any network restrictions that might block the update process.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Basia,

Just to clarify, the Jotform Mobile App doesn't support editing your app. Edits should be made through the desktop browser using the App Builder.

It’s possible there’s a different issue going on. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
