Hello Pranam,
You can restrict form submission from the same person using the same phone number to fill out your form multiple times by enabling the Unique Field. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
- In the Form Settings menu, scroll down to Unique Field.
- Click on the Dropdown and select the field for the phone number that you'd like to be unique.
