    I am having a difficult time with buyers receiving their ebook via email after purchase

    To help buyers receive their ebook via email after purchase, please check the following:

    • Ensure your email notification settings are correct: Go to Settings > Emails in your form builder and verify the recipient email addresses.
    • Check your spam or junk folder and mark Jotform emails as not spam.
    • Make sure your email is not on Jotform's bounce list in your Account Settings.
    • Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contacts or whitelist Jotform's IP addresses.
    • If you prefer, set up SMTP to use your own mail server as the sender for better deliverability.

    Hi Darnell,

    Can you check if the file size of the E-book PDF you attach does not exceed to 5MB? Keep in mind that Jotform has a 5 MB size limit for attachments in emails. If it exceeds, then the Autoresponder email will be sent without the attachment.

    You can try to compress the file size or Set up an SMTP and use it as a sender email of the form. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings Tab at the top, then go to Emails Tab on the left side panel.

    2. Hover your mouse to the Notification/Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil Icon.

    3. Go to Advanced Tab, then under Sender Email, click on the dropdown and select the SMTP you set.

    4. Once done, click on the Save button below.
