    Hi Jack,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're seeing a pop-up notification about still using unsupported PayPal products in your forms. This alert is related to older PayPal gateways—specifically PayPal Invoicing and PayPal Express—which are no longer supported as of March 31, 2025.

The system likely detected that one or more forms in your account are still using these outdated integrations. This notification is just a reminder that, in order to continue accepting PayPal payments, you'll need to switch to the newer PayPal Business integration, which requires a PayPal Business account.

You mentioned that the forms listed in the warning have already been deleted. If that’s the case, it’s a good idea to double-check if they’ve also been permanently purged from your Trash folder. Sometimes, forms that are deleted but not fully purged can still trigger this kind of alert. Here’s how you can make sure they’re completely removed:

    1. On the My Workspace page, click the Trash folder from the left-hand menu. Locate the form(s) in question by hovering your mouse over them or checking their box.
    2. Click the Purge button.

    3. A confirmation prompt will appear—just click Confirm to permanently delete the form(s).

Once you've purged the forms and you're sure you no longer need them, you can go ahead and click the “OK, Got it!” button on the notification. That will dismiss it and prevent it from popping up again.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
