Are there plans to add location-based shipping?

Hello,

I run a concierge flower delivery service. In so many ways, Jotform is ideal to help our concierge clients order seamlessly. Unfortunately, the lack of ability to calculate delivery/shipping by zip code means we cannot use the Product List element.

Are there plans to add this functionality in the future? Location-based shipping fees are a foundational part of so many sales, and I've seen this question asked repeatedly by other users.

Thanks for your message. Currently, Jotform's Product List element does not support location-based shipping fees calculated by zip code. However, you can enable shipping costs in payment forms by setting flat rates or per product item shipping fees under the Shipping tab in payment settings.

We understand the importance of location-based shipping fees and this feature has been requested by many users. While there is no immediate update on adding zip code-based shipping calculation, we recommend keeping an eye on our updates for future enhancements.

Yes, you're right. The location-based shipping by ZIP code isn’t supported in the Product List element. At the moment, shipping fees can be set per item, per transaction, or by weight (via PayPal Standard), but not dynamically based on customer address

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, if you’d like help exploring a workaround, like using conditional logic with dropdowns or custom calculations, let us know, and we'll guide you on how to achieve that.
