Which package do we need to use?

I'm not sure what plan we have. But, currently we use a shared login which is becoming quite troublesome since they need a verification code each time they log in that is sent to me. I am the only user that creates forms - however we have 2 add'l team members that need to view the information submitted through jotform. Which package do we need to use?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Since you're the sole form creator but have two team members who need access to submissions, and you're currently using a shared login that triggers verification codes.

Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) only support one login per account, so sharing credentials is against our Terms of Use and can lead to issues like the one you're experiencing.

To resolve this, you can use Form Collaboration and sharing Jotform Tables. If you’d prefer to stay on your current plan, you can add your team members as collaborators to your forms or share your submission tables with them. This allows them to view and manage data without needing to log in to your account.

You can also consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. This plan supports multiple users with individual logins, giving your team secure access and full control.
