Is it possible to increase submission limit for Starter plan?

Hi, I am running a pilot before our team agrees to sign up to Jotform and just realised that sign ups are limited to 10 on the basic account. Wondering if someone could increase this to 45 so we can continue with this pilot and hopefully use it as a case study to get a Jotform team account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Starter plan currently has a fixed monthly submission limit of 10. Unfortunately, it's not possible to temporarily increase this limit or customize the plan to accommodate additional submissions.

To continue with your pilot and increase your submission limit to 45, the most effective option is to upgrade your account to a paid plan that includes higher submission limits. Alternatively, you can increase your limits for free by completing specific tasks listed on the Increase Limits page in your account settings. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the top-right.

2. In the menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Go to the Increase Limits page on the left side of the screen, and then complete the tasks to increase your account's submission limits.
