Hello! We use your jot forms to manage our community processes. We are not funded therefore we don't have a budget. We currently use the free version which suits us perfectly as we need only 5 forms and don't have many monthly registrations yet we are soon reaching our total submissions. The smallest paid package is out of our budget but also we don't need all of the package. Is there another solution for us? We simply just want to allow more total submissions. We really appreciate any support you can offer!

Hi Habili Club,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check the increase limits page of your account and complete available tasks to increase your submission limits for free. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar from the top-right side of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Settings.
3. Now, click Increase Limits on the left panel.
You can also check out guide on Jotform Discounts to see our ongoing discounts available throughout the year if you consider upgrading your account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Adrian! Thank you so much! I actually found this already and made a review that is in 'Review' status, so let's see. My only doubt is that it seems to increase my monthly submissions only, not my total submissions.
Monthly submissions isn't an issue due to the low activity, its the totals I would love to find a solution for. -

Hello Habili Club,
Currently, our increase limit rewards are granted for monthly renewals only, and we don't have for total submissions for each Jotform account.
We also have an offer for non-profit organizations that you can consider. This is a 50% off applied to all Jotform subscriptions. The details about this can be found on this link.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you’ve got any other questions.
