I have a connection between Jotform and Active Campaign where the emails are being sent out when Jotform trigger my automation but I can't see them coming through the back end of jot form. I would also like a full on-boarding so I can use it more effectively.

Hi Charlotte,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your connection between Jotform and Active Campaign, where emails are triggered but not visible in the Jotform backend, this is expected behavior because the emails are sent through Active Campaign automation and not directly from Jotform's system. You can check our guide here on how to Integrate your form to ActiveCampaign

Hey Danilo,
I can not see the client in the back end of Jot form but they are being sent the email. I know you won't be able to see the email in the Jotform backend but you should be able to see the clients data? Correct? Otherwise how will we cross reference.

Hi Charlotte,
The client data you were referring to must be the form submission data. You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
- Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.
