Presentation agent creation no longer working

    I used the presentation agent to test how it could do a simple presentation.

    I copied the link and was amazed to see how well it worked!

    But now the link is not working, nor can I get it to "Play" on the JotForm site.

    You have a real WINNER here with this product, so I hope we can figure out what I am doing wrong.

If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I delete Chrome’s cache, and then updated Chrome to Version 138.0.7204.101 (Official Build) (arm64). And it worked fine.
    And it worked in Safari right off the bat.
    You have mu permissions to do any further checking you’d like.
    You mentioned “you can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive <https: />”. Yes, I would like to put it on my Google drive, but I don’t see a “Download” button.

    I've checked your AI Presentation through the link that you shared, and everything works as expected. It plays, and the sound is clear.

    To clarify your recent response, does this mean the AI Presentation is already working on your end after clearing the cache of the browser? Do you still need help with your AI Presentation?

    Yes, it seems to be working fine now. Must have been a browser thing, as you suspected.
