Is it possible to extend the deadline for subscription payment?

    We have a purchase order that is processing for our next annual subscription, and we're worried our payment deadline might be passed before it's processed. We need the forms for an application process, so were wondering if we could extend the deadline for payment or somehow align the deadline with the processing of the purchase order

    Hi Community Engagement,

    I’ve been informed by the Relevant Team that your subscription is set to expire on August 5th. If payment isn’t completed by then, the subscription will be canceled. Would you prefer to proceed with payment via purchase order or invoicing?

    We currently have a purchase order that's being processed, but due to our department's fiscal year-end and beginning processes, it won't be completed and paid out before the 5th. If it's not possible to extend this payment window, then we will have to use another method.

    Hi Community Engagement,

    Unfortunately, Jotform does not offer an option to extend the payment deadline beyond the subscription expiration date, as the renewal and payment process is automated. If payment is not completed by the expiration data, the subscription will be canceled.

    As an alternative, you may consider using a different payment method to complete the transaction before the deadline and avoid any service interruption. Once your purchase order is processed, you’ll also have the option to manually upgrade or renew your subscription.

    Hi Joeni,

    Ok, in that case we would like to pay through a card and cancel the current PO. Just to confirm, we would like to keep and extend our current Gold subscription, but just cancel the PO that is for the extension.

    Hi Community Engagement,

    If you'll be using the same card for the renewal payment, there's nothing much to change from your account's billing page, as it will automatically charge the card on file. As for cancelling the PO, you can reach out to the person/department in charge processing it in the first place.
