    Hi Jotform!

The calculation for a few of the date fields don't seem to be calculating correctly. Can you please check and help me with this?

    1. Field 433. "Date Care Plan is due for review:" is supposed to be 365 days from field 8. "Date of this Care Plan" but it seems to be calculating to only 2 months after the date?
    2. Field 434. "Care Plan Review Reminder Dare" is supposed to be 28 days before field Field 433. "Date Care Plan is due for review:"

    Hello Carl,

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results: Forms: Date calculation on PDF Form is not working Image 1 Screenshot 30

Can you try to delete and add the Condition again to see if that helps? Let me show you how to do that:

    1. Click on the Date Picker Element and then click on the flow icon to direct you to the condition.
    2. On the Conditions Page, click on the gear icon and then click on the trash icon to delete. Forms: Date calculation on PDF Form is not working Image 2 Screenshot 41 After deleting, can you go ahead and add it back and try to test it again.

I have also gone ahead and cleared your forms cache in case it may help. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
