Conditional dropdowns for multiple date requests

    I want to allow a potential customer to ask for a date and if he wants more dates, select yes from the dropdown and receive another questionaire for more dates until complete.

    Hi Gigi,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can do this by duplicating your Dropdown and Fill in the blank field based on the maximum number of times you think a customer might request additional dates. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Fill in the blank field and right-click on it.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Duplicate.
    3. Then, select the Dropdown field, right-click on it, and click on Duplicate as well.

    Then, set up conditions to control when these fields appear. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, select Conditions and click on Add Condition.
    3. Then, select Show/Hide field.
