Need help on accessing the form embedded on my website

Are you referring to the forms that are on your account or the forms in a different account used by your previous web designer? You can find your forms in your My Workspace page. Here's how:

1. Once you're logged in to your account, on your My Workspace page, click on Type on the top-right side of the page.
2. Check the box right next to Forms and your forms will be displayed.
   
   

If the forms are in a different account used by your previous web designer, you need to contact them and ask the login credentials, or they can transfer the forms to your account. You can check our guide on How to Transfer Your Forms and Data to Another Account.
