Account Suspended

    I would like to contact an agent to solve my problems with my account. I present a claim 2 months ago but i could not solve it. My account is suspended but i was charge with an amount of US$390.06. I was trying to cancel my suscription but instead i was charged with the amount for a 1 year plan. But i am still suspenden. I need to solve this issue as soon as possible.

    Debo indicar que yo poseo dos cuentas de correo electrónico. Con ustedes utilicé bajo la aplicación de Canva que tengo registrada mi cuenta de google. Mi cuenta de hotmail es muy parecida, solo que dice hotmail en lugar de gmail.

    I checked your other email address (the Hotmail account), but I wasn’t able to locate any Jotform account associated with it. On the other hand, I did find a suspended account linked to your Gmail address. I’ve already escalated the issue to the appropriate team, and they’ll be getting back to you shortly.
