Hi,
The appointment element pictured below was working fine and it stopped working just now.
The form is the Preschool Appointment form.
The interval is set for one day only, Tuesday July 15, 2025 from 7:30am to 12:30pm (lunch time) in 20 minute intervals.
This is urgent - can you please investigate this?
Thx,
Steve

Hi Steve,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end, and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screenshot.
Could you try to remove the Start & End Date and add it back to refresh the configuration? Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment element to select.
2. On the right side of the selected Appointment element, click on the Gear icon.
3. On the right panel, go to Limits tab.
4. Remove the Start and End Date.
5. Enter back the Start and End Data.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Christopher,
I did as instructed and it did not work.
It seems to be acting as if there are no available slots on the 15th of July.
It goes straight to the 22nd of July.. see attached pic below:

Hi Steve,
Could you try to set the Start Date to 2025-7-14 and End Date to 2025-7-16? Since you have already set the Intervals to Tuesday only, with this configuration only 15 will be enabled.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Steve,
Since I can't replicate the issue on my end when I cloned your form, could you try to add a new Appointment element with Start and End Date set to 2025-7-15? If the issue doesn't persist, I would suggest using the new appointment element moving forward. As for the existing one, you can hide so that you won't lose the previous collected data. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment element to select.
2. On the right side of the selected Appointment element, click on the Gear icon.
3. On the right panel, go to Advanced tab.
4. Turn on, Hide field.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Christopher,
Did as instructed - form seemed to work, however, when authenticating with Outlook, it reverted to not working. Original appointment element has been hidden:

Hi Steve,
When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Can you try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito mode or a different browser to see if it makes any difference? If you run into the same issue again, try to remove the Outlook Calendar integration from the Appointment field and add it again.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
