I am looking to buy extra storage for $5 per month and I don't see that listed on your pricing tab.

Can you show me where to find this option?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, we do not have any Subscription plan that costs around $5 USD per month. You can check out our pricing page here, to see the pricing of all the available plans Jotform offers, and see which one fits your needs.

Now, upgrading the account is easy. Let me walk you through it:

1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.

2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.

3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.

4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.

6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.

But, if you select PayPal as the payment, a PayPal Payment window will open, where you can log in and complete your payment after clicking on the Pay with PayPal button. Check out this screenshot below:

After the subscription is successfully paid, the features and limits for the chosen subscription plan will be applied to your account right away.

Yes, if you clear files in Jotform, you are permanently deleting them from
your storage space. This action frees up space but means those files cannot
be recovered later unless you have saved them elsewhere.

The Storage Plan costs $5 USD per month or $50 USD annually, designed for
users who mainly need to store form submissions indefinitely. You can
contact Jotform support to subscribe if you don't see this option on the
pricing page.

Yes, the Storage Plan at $5 per month can be canceled anytime before the
next billing cycle to avoid further charges. You have full control to stop
the subscription whenever you want without penalties.

While your request is still in progress, I've cancelled your monthly Bronze plan and issued the refund amount of US$39. It will take 5-7 business days to reflect into your account. You are now on the Starter plan. So, the Starter plan's limit will apply. In the meantime, our team will get back to you with an update on the storage plan.
