My new Presentation AI Agent not learning

I created the Presentation Agent, Sabrina: Presentation Consultant, on my account. I provided a script for each page of the presentation - page by page. With each page, Sabrina said she understood and would follow the script. She did not.

We went back and forth under 'TRAIN - TEACH YOUR AGENT' with a long conversation as she asked me to be specific about what I needed from her/it. I told her to pronounce RE/MAX as 'REE-MAX', not R . E . Max, which she said she understood and would do. I provided the specific script for the pages, explaining what she was saying wrong and what I needed.

None of it is updating. I am at a loss.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked out the screenshots you shared with us. You can restart the conversation and teach your AI Agent.

    1. On the AI Agent Builder, click on the TRAIN tab.
    2. Choose TEACH YOUR AGENT option from the left side of the panel.
    3. Click on the Restart button on the right side of the page. That's it.

If the issue persists, consider re-uploading your presentation or re-creating the agent to ensure all training data is properly applied. For detailed guidance, you can also review the Jotform help article on How to Train Your AI Agent.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Andy,

I’ve checked the link to the Presentation Agent you created, and I noticed that the AI Agent is pronouncing RE/MAX as REE-MAX. Can you share some of the questions you’ve asked it, along with the responses it provided? It would also help if you could let us know what the correct answers should be, so we can better understand the issue.

Additionally, in order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing, our team would like to clone your AI agent along with its associated knowledge base. By replicating your environment, we can more accurately diagnose the problem and work on a tailored solution. Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used solely for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies. Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all associated data will be deleted.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hello Andy.

I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    Hi Andy,

I noticed that the business name in your AI Agent is currently listed as REE-MAX Alliance Group instead of RE/MAX. When I tested the presentation using the correct spelling, the agent pronounced it as intended, Ree-Max, likely due to the phonetic input.

Can you try it again and change the name back to RE/MAX in the Presentation Script, and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Are you noticing the inconsistency on every slide or only on specific ones?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
