Hi
We have a small business. I've created a work order on your site that I'd like to tweak a little, and be able to use it along with one other employee who answers the phone and takes service calls.
Would I need the Enterprise subscription because I need it for 2 users? We simply want to print out the work orders.
One thing I want to add is a counter that will add a work order number to each one created.Not even sure that jotform is our best option, I guess it will depend on the pricing.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You don’t necessarily need an Enterprise subscription just to collaborate with one other team member. If your goal is to allow another employee to help manage submissions, like viewing or printing work orders, you can share access to your Jotform Tables or PDF submissions without needing an Enterprise plan. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- While in Form Builder, click the downward arrow icon next to Form Builder in the top-left corner, then select Tables.
- In the top-right corner of the Tables page, click Share. Under the Share & Invite tab, you can either click Copy Link to share directly or click Share Settings to adjust permissions.
- In Share Settings, choose your preferred Privacy Option like Public, Private, or Company Access and adjust individual settings like read-only access or collaborator rights based on your needs.
Jotform accounts are single-user by default, so if both of you need to edit the same form or access the same login at the same time, occasional overlap is fine, but for consistent multi-user access with permission controls, Enterprise would be the way to go.
